Meet the members who make up our Junior Advisory Council.
Each represents a portion of New York State and plays an integral role in helping the Triangles in their district grow while also putting together district and state functions for the members to enjoy.
2015-17 Junior Advisors
Abby Forman: Abby is the Junior Advisor of Suffolk District and is a member and PBQ of Sunrise Triangle #146. She lives with her two older brothers, Louis and Thomas, and her mother, Diana. She is currently attending college. Triangle has made it possible for her speak in front of crowds and has helped her find her voice.
Jillian Stephan: Jillian is the Junior Advisor of the Nassau-Queens-Richmond District and a member and PBQ of Sunrise Triangle #146. Her favorite part about Triangle is the ritual work because each part she has memorized has had a special meaning to the way she looks at life. From Triangle, she has gained confidence in her public speaking and made many lifelong friendships. In her free time she enjoys hiking, swimming and watching hockey. Go Rangers! She is currently a freshman at SUNY Plattsburgh and is studying Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management.
Megan Williams: Megan is the Junior Advisor of the Capital District, the Chairperson of the Junior Advisory Council, and a member of Onistagrawa Triangle #215. Her favorite thing about Triangle is our founder’s goal for us which is, “For a finer American womanhood.” She loves to volunteer and help others when she can. She is currently a sophomore at Ballston Spa High School. In school she is a member of the Executive Board for Student Council and is going on her fourth year of Varsity Swimming.
Nicole Stephenson: Nicole is the Junior Advisor of the Onondaga-Oswego District and a member and PBQ of Bal-On-Sen Triangle #65. The Organization of Triangles, to her, is an opportunity to make a difference in her community and help other members become successful in their daily lives. She is currently going to the State University of New York at Oswego to become an English Teacher. Besides school, she enjoys reading, teaching religion at the Newman Center, and working with other students to help Oswego become a better place.
Megan Henderson: Megan is the Junior Advisor of the Erie-Monroe District. She is also the Beloved Queen of Cassiopeia Triangle #202. Her term will be ending in April 2016. She is also currently enrolled at Niagara County Community College majoring in Liberal Arts: Math and Sciences. She hopes to transfer to a four year college and change her major to something in the medical field.
Samantha Dugan: Sam is the Junior Advisor of the Erie-Chautauqua District and is the current Beloved Queen of Lockport Triangle #128 with her term will ending April 2016. She is currently attending the University at Buffalo. The organization has taught her many valuable lessons, such as public speaking, and leadership. The girls at Lockport mean the world to her, and even though she has no biological sisters, she knows she has sisters in triangle all around the state.
Krista Wright: Krista is the Junior Advisor At Large, focusing on Membership Development, as well as being a member and PBQ of Bal-On-Sen Triangle #65. She loves the Organization of Triangles and the fact that everywhere she goes around the state she has a sister and friend. She is currently a student at LeMoyne College and enjoys reading, crime dramas, and going on adventures with her friends and family. Her family members include her twin sister Alison, younger sister Mary-Margaret, and mother Karol, and lovely dog Lilly, who is her best friend. It helps that her family including her Aunt Martha is involved in Bal-on-Sen Triangle. She has great expectations for this term and can’t wait to travel to be with everyone to grow our beautiful organization.
